Go beyond empty-hand combat and explore a deeper dimension of Okinawan martial arts. Our Weapons Training program offers dedicated instruction in traditional Okinawan Kobudo (the ancient martial way of weapons).

This is not a separate art, but an essential component of our "Life Protection" system, passed down directly through the Oyata-Takamine lineage.

The Traditional Okinawan Arsenal

Our curriculum is guided by our master instructors, who pass down the authentic techniques inherited directly from the Takamine-Oyata lineage. Students will learn the form, function, and practical application of classical weapons, including:
 

The Bo

The 6-foot staff, used to develop power, leverage, and range.

The Sai

A three-pronged truncheon used in pairs for trapping, blocking, and striking.

The Nunchaku

A flail-like weapon that teaches rapid hand-eye coordination and fluid motion.

The Jo

A 4-foot staff, used for close-quarters techniques, locks, and throws.
